Mitch is a senior professional with 15 years of international experience in sales, marketing and product management of CRM, Billing and Payment systems for MNO's. Since 2002, Mitch has worked primarily with m-payment and TopUp services, holding roles at Ericsson Brazil, Upaid Systems in the UK and Brazil, and most recently at du, a quad-play telecom service provider based in Dubai. While at du, Mitch was responsible for the payments and recharge services as well as defining and implementing the company's overall mobile financial services strategy. Now, after many years living abroad, Mitch has recently moved back to his hometown, Montreal. More

Robin Dua is the President of EnStream and leads the company’s drive to develop transformational mobile commerce solutions. Previously Mr. Dua was the Director of Product Development for Speedpass Network. He was instrumental in making Speedpass the largest contactless payment network in the world. Prior to Speedpass, Mr. Dua was the VP of Internet Services for Primus Telecommunications and also served as the Founder & CEO of GlobalServe Communications, Canada’s largest independent Internet Service Provider. Scott Lapstra is currently Vice President, Senior Business Leader for MasterCard leading the Emerging Payments team for Canada. Since joining MasterCard in 2005, he has had varying roles across the organization primarily responsible for leading strategy for MasterCard Canada, with an emphasis on business strategy, new product development and market viability analysis.

Prior to joining MasterCard, Scott spent over ten years in financial and professional services in varying marketing and strategy roles.

As Head of Marketing, Serge van Dam is responsible for understanding and developing the markets M-Com operates in, and works with M-Com's customers to ensure they leverage the value the mobile channel brings to them and their consumers. This also includes M-Com's relationships with channel partners, analysts and other industry stakeholders. Prior to joining M-Com, Serge fulfilled a number of IT and project management roles with an emphasis on financial, electronic billing and transaction management systems. Serge brings with him marketing flair, and a robust knowledge of IT implementation and management practices for large enterprises. Originally an organizational psychologist, Serge has been with M-Com since late 2004. More

Todd Mazurek is responsible for Business & Product Strategy for Tickets.com, a division of Major League Baseball Advanced Media, and a provider of ticketing technology for global live entertainment organizations including Boston Red Sox, Buffalo Sabres, and the Vancouver 2010 Winter Olympics. He managed Tickets.com’s global electronic payment portfolio processing over $1B per annum via many payment processors and via retail, phone and ecommerce channels and has served as a platinum member of the Merchant Risk Council. Todd has led various product initiatives including gift card acceptance, CRM system and mobile ticketing. Currently, he is developing a mobile ticketing strategy which will including ticket management via the mobile wallet incorporating ticketing, coupons, payments and loyalty management enabling live entertainment organizations to have a deeper relationship with their consumers both in and beyond the venue. Todd has a BS Marketing from Canisius College and an MBA from Queen’s School of Business and Cornell University Johnson School of Business. More
