Director Mobile Banking INTBK

The Director, Mobile Banking isa new role resulting from the integration of all non-branch channels inInternational Banking. Reporting to the Vice President, Online, Mobile,ATM and Automated Telephone Banking, the position is responsible for developing a compelling, cost-effective customer experience in the Mobile Banking channel. Through collaborative strategy development the Director, Mobile Banking identifies and leads initiatives and channel enhancements (products; services; capabilities) that increase channel sales and revenues.
You will work directly with Country representatives, Systems & Tehnology, Operations, Sales & Service, Marketing and Business Line partners to promote and grow usage of the Mobile Banking channel.
You will be responsible for:
Strategic direction and development of the Mobile Banking channel.
Developing 'best in class' Mobile channel capabilities.
Delivering a 'top-tier' customer experience in the Mobile Banking channel.
Current experience in managing Mobile Banking Channels in a financial services environment is highly desirable.
Expert knowledge of Mobile Banking technologies
Comfortable in the dynamic atmosphere of a multi-product organization with a rapidly expanding customer base.
Proven leadership and ability to marshall resources and motivate teams.
Strong business acumen, and be an inclusive leader that builds relationships and high-performing teams through personal involvement, coaching and trust.
Ability to demonstrate the tendency to challenge the status quo and drive constant improvement to achieve organizational goals.
Ability to think and act both strategically and tactically
Possesses a "get it done attitude" with a willingness to roll up one's sleeves and tackle complex problems immediately
Proven track record of delivering leading results.
Creative and innovative yet pragmatic approach to problem solving.
Strong interpersonal and decision making skills, with ability to influence effectively at all levels.
Fluency in Spanish is desirable.
EDUCATION AND ACCREDITATIONS:
Post-secondary degree in Business or Marketing.
Frequent travel often at short notice.
